These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bitpro ERP's website, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Bitpro ("Bitpro", "we", "us", or "our"), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bitpro provides point-of-sale (POS), inventory, accounting, manufacturing, and ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing software for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region, delivered as licensed desktop software and/or hosted services.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting a demo, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payment
Certain features are offered under paid subscription or license plans described at the time of purchase. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan or expire according to the terms presented at signup. Fees are quoted and billed as agreed with our sales team and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
- You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service without written permission.
- You will not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, or to violate any applicable law or regulation, including Saudi tax and e-invoicing (ZATCA) requirements.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems supporting the Service.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of the business data (transactions, inventory, customer records, etc.) you input into the Service. We process this data to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bitpro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. ZATCA and Regulatory Compliance
Bitpro is built to support ZATCA e-invoicing (Phase 2) requirements. You remain responsible for configuring and using the Service correctly for your business's tax obligations; Bitpro does not act as your tax advisor or file returns on your behalf.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitpro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
