In 2009, most ERP software available to small and mid-sized Saudi businesses was either too expensive, too complex, too foreign, or all three. Arabic was an afterthought. VAT didn't exist yet. ZATCA wasn't on anyone's radar.
We built Bitpro for the business owner who runs a retail store in Riyadh and needs to know what's in stock at closing time. For the factory manager in Jeddah who wants to track every kilogram of raw material without a full-time accountant.
